Chelken Contracting Services understands that the quality of products and services delivered equates to reduced risk to our client’s operations, and as such we are committed to delivering only the highest quality. To attain this commitment the company has designed a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2.

Policy Objectives
In accordance with this policy, the Company undertakes:

• To ensure that all components are manufactured, inspected, assembled, tested and commissioned in accordance with our Client’s specifications, good engineering practice and in line with statuary requirements;
• To ensure that control over plant, materials, consumables, equipment and management information systems enhances our strive for zero defect;
• To ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the organisation.

The cooperation of staff at all levels, as a committed team, in carrying out this policy will ensure that Chelken will deliver exceptional quality backed up with sound documented records for the peace of mind of our clients.
